I have been seeing Dr. Patel for almost 15 years. Of course She is an amazing doctor, I used to look forward to the day when my children would grow up and be able to see her too. However, the past few years have been very disappointing. Her office staff and overall organization are a mess. Despite my frustration, I was reluctant to find a new doctor, hoping each time that things would improve. Unfortunately, booking appointments has become incredibly frustrating. The wait times are outrageous, and I've never encountered such poor service anywhere else. My calls are often put on hold for 30 minutes, and sometimes, they forget to get back to me. Twice I've fasted for blood work, only to find out that they never sent the prescriptions. As a result, I missed appointments with Dr. Patel that I had booked months in advance. Now, they are asking me to schedule another appointment, which is nearly impossible to get. It's much easier to secure appointments for cosmetic procedures like lasers or facials than for actual medical needs. I used to recommend Dr. Patel to all my friends, but now they have all stopped seeing her. I’ve found it difficult to replace her, but I regret to say that I can no longer recommend her practice to anyone else.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit with Dr Benjamin . She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and professional. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor

On my first visit Dr. Jessica Benjamin, PA-C really took her time to listen to all my health concerns. She is very professional and pleasant to work with. I definitely would recommend her.

Dr Maitree Patel is awesome! Her approach, patience and knowledge is commendable. She recommends the natural way of getting things on track vs medicines. Though she has a busy schedule, she never rushes and gives you ample time.
